National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy Library

The National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy Library is a research facility with multiple locations spread across the university campus. It offers specialized collections supporting academic work in numerous disciplines and fields of study.

The library was founded in 1615 and faced significant challenges throughout its history, including a destructive fire in 1658. It was rebuilt following this event and continued to grow thereafter.

The library holds rare manuscripts and prints that reflect the history of Ukrainian scholarship across centuries. These works show how generations of students and researchers developed their knowledge within these walls over time.

Students and researchers can access both physical and digital resources across multiple locations on campus. The study areas and working spaces are equipped with technology to support individual work and group collaboration.

The collection includes the Omeljan Pritsak Memorial Library containing around 20,000 items from the renowned scholar's personal archive. An associated research center supports ongoing work with these valuable materials.
