Zahrebellia Landscape Park

Zahrebellia Landscape Park is a protected natural area covering around 630 hectares in western Ukraine, with forests, wetlands, and grasslands spread across the landscape. The different habitats here support a range of plants and animals that live in this region.

The government created this protected space in 1994 to preserve the natural resources and maintain the balance of the environment in this region. Establishing the park was a way to ensure the land and its wildlife would be protected going forward.

Schools and local groups regularly visit to study wildlife and learn about the habitats here. The park has become a place where people from nearby communities come to understand how nature works and why protecting this land matters to everyone.

The park has marked trails for walking and designated spots where you can watch wildlife and take photos during daylight hours. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear since the ground conditions vary depending on the season and recent weather.
