Foros park

Foros Park is a protected natural area stretched along the Black Sea coast covering about 70 hectares. It features over 800 plant species distributed across forest paths, mountain trails, and landscaped sections with sea and mountain views.

The park was established in 1834 and received official protection status in 1960 as conservation efforts grew. This transition marked a turning point in how the region approached environmental preservation.

The park serves as a place where visitors can discover the richness of local plant life and learn about the ecosystems that shape this coastal landscape. Educational displays and guided tours help people understand how different species adapt to the area's specific conditions.
