The water tower holds designation as a cultural heritage site of local importance since 1996, representing engineering achievements of the late 19th century.
Located at Pushkin Street 24, visitors can reach the water tower by taking bus 58 or trolleybus 9 to the Philharmonic stop.
The structure contains two water tanks with a total capacity of 200 cubic meters and served as an aircraft observation point during wartime periods.
