Kamianska Sich National Nature Park

Kamianska Sich is a protected area stretching roughly 50 kilometers along the Dnipro River in Kherson Oblast. The land displays limestone cliffs, deep ravines, and several types of wetlands that together create a rich and varied ecosystem.

This location served as a major outpost in the 17th century at the point where the Kamianka River flows into the Dnipro, and leaders from that era are buried here. That period left a lasting mark on the region and established this place as significant in local history.

The name reflects the historical Cossack settlement that once stood here, and visitors can see how the landscape preserves memories of that era. Local guides often explain the cultural weight this river junction held for the region's identity.
