Established in 1922, the clubhouse originated as a 19th-century residence for Wellington Duke's brother-in-law before Spanish General Maestrazgo acquired it in 1850.
The West Course regularly hosts the BMW PGA Championship, a significant tournament on the European Tour that attracts international golf professionals.
The club provides extensive facilities including tennis courts, a health spa, swimming pools, fine dining restaurants, and accommodation options for members.
