Robbinsville

Robbinsville is a small town nestled in western North Carolina at a high elevation surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains. The downtown area contains basic shops and services, with homes and local businesses spread throughout the hillside setting.

The settlement started as a trading post during the 1840s and received its first post office in 1843, marking its growth as a commercial crossroads. The town became officially incorporated in 1874.
