Adjuntas, municipality in Puerto Rico
Adjuntas is a municipality in Puerto Rico located in the island's mountainous interior. The area features rolling green terrain, coffee plantations, and small communities scattered throughout its hills and valleys.
The municipality was founded in the 18th century and developed around agricultural activities. Coffee cultivation later became a significant economic feature of the region.
The area is accessible by mountain roads and best explored with your own transportation. The best time to visit is during drier months when roads are easier to navigate.
