The building was created when three neighboring property owners combined their separate lots to develop a unified project on this site. This consolidation allowed for a larger, more cohesive structure than individual properties would have permitted.

The reflective glass and stainless steel exterior creates a visual presence along Connecticut Avenue that defines this stretch of the downtown corridor. Passersby often notice how the facade catches and reflects the changing light throughout the day.

Street-level access is straightforward, with retail areas directly accessible from Connecticut Avenue for easy browsing. Underground parking is available if you arrive by car, making vehicle access convenient.

The building earned LEED Platinum certification, reflecting strong energy efficiency and sustainable design throughout. A green roof at the top provides a surprising home for plants and wildlife above the busy downtown street.
