1875 K Street, Commercial office building in downtown Washington, D.C., United States

The 155-foot tall structure features a corner tower at K and 19th Streets with sculpted precast concrete facade and black windows across 12 floors.

Hartman-Cox Architects designed this commercial property, which opened in 2001 and was later purchased by Shorenstein Properties for 113 million dollars in 2005.

The building represents postmodern architecture through its neo-Gothic elements and vertical characteristics that stand out in Washington's downtown commercial district.

Located near Farragut North and Farragut West Metro stations, the building offers 191,267 square feet of office space with five elevators and a conference center.

The structure extends 470 feet along the block with a facade that mimics French limestone, making it visible from multiple blocks in the surrounding area.
