Arthur and Stella Sanford House, Heritage residence in Summit Street, Sioux City, United States.

The Arthur and Stella Sanford House features neocolonial architecture with Prairie design elements, including multiple floors and original servants' quarters with bell pulls.

Built in 1914 by Lucia Stone for $34,500 in memory of her husband Edgar, the residence received National Register of Historic Places status in 2003.

The house hosted John F. Kennedy during his 1960 presidential campaign and served as a center for political gatherings and philanthropic activities.

The property underwent extensive renovations in 1994, converting sections into modern office spaces while maintaining historical architectural features.

Arthur Sanford, known as 'Sioux City's Greatest Builder,' managed real estate developments worth approximately $400 million throughout his career in the region.
