Bellerive Country Club, Championship golf course in St. Louis, Missouri.
Bellerive Country Club is an 18-hole golf course in St. Louis, Missouri. The layout covers more than 7,460 yards with Zoysia grass fairways, large putting surfaces, and thick rough along the playing corridors.
Robert Trent Jones designed the course in 1960 for the growing interest in golf across the region. The site later hosted several national championships, including the 1965 U.S. Open and two PGA Championships.
The course maintains a tradition of excellence through regular tournaments, connecting professional golfers and local members in a shared sporting environment.
The private club sits on Ladue Road and provides members with access to golf facilities, tennis courts, and several dining rooms. Visitors can only enter through member invitations, as the club operates as an exclusive facility.
Rees Jones, son of the original architect, redesigned the entire course while preserving his father's layout approach. The renovation adapted the facility to modern golf demands without erasing the original vision.
