Cedar Creek State Park

The restored schoolhouse from 1910 shows how children studied in this rural area, with original desks and a wood stove still in place. Walking inside gives you a sense of what daily lessons were like in the early 1900s.

The park has campground sites with utilities and multiple picnic shelters throughout the grounds. The swimming pool operates only during warmer months, so plan your visit accordingly if you want to use it.

The three ponds here attract anglers looking to catch trout, muskie, bass, and catfish throughout the year. Each water body has its own fishing character, making the park a varied destination for those who fish.
