The Fargodome features a fixed hard roof structure with 18,700 seats for football games and 25,000 seats during concert configurations.
Constructed in 1992 following a public vote for a half-cent sales tax, the Fargodome stands on university land while remaining under city ownership.
The stadium hosts numerous college football games, graduation ceremonies, trade exhibitions, national wrestling championships, and musical performances throughout the year.
Located at 1800 University Drive North in Fargo, the stadium provides extensive parking facilities and multiple concession stands for event attendees.
During the 2009 flood emergency, the Fargodome transformed into a critical storage facility for sandbags, demonstrating its adaptability beyond sports events.
