Bảo Lộc

Bảo Lộc is a city in Lâm Đồng province situated in the Central Highlands on elevated terrain. Tea plantations and coffee farms cover much of the surrounding landscape and form the backbone of the local economy.

The settlement grew from a small trading post to an official city status, which was formally recognized in 2010. This transformation reflects the region's growing importance as an agricultural and commercial center.

The city is home to several ethnic groups whose daily routines and customs shape the local character. Walking through the streets and markets reveals how these different communities coexist and contribute to the place's identity.

The city is accessible by bus from Ho Chi Minh City with regular service connecting the two places. Visitors should bring comfortable walking shoes since the hilly terrain requires plenty of walking and mountain weather can change quickly.

The nearby Dambri Waterfall cascades down through several levels, creating a thick mist at its base that rises into the surrounding forest. Standing at the bottom, visitors experience the powerful sound and spray of water combined with the cool air created by the falling water.
