Dacia Hotel features three floors with a facade adorned in enamelled ceramic and plant motifs, standing 25 meters tall in Satu Mare's center.
Built in 1902 by architects Zoltán Bálint and Lajos Frommer, the establishment changed its name from Pannonia to Dacia after Transylvania joined Romania.
The hotel hosted notable Romanian writers and intellectuals including Liviu Rebreanu, Mihail Sadoveanu, Nicolae Iorga, and Octavian Goga throughout its existence.
The property sits 13 kilometers from Satu Mare Airport, with numerous local attractions and religious buildings within walking distance of its entrance.
The building incorporates Hungarian Secession architectural style and stands on the former location of the town hall from the early twentieth century.
