Burov's house

Burov's house is an Art Deco building on Leningradsky Avenue in Moscow's Begovoy District. The structure has a square footprint with decorative elements on its facade and displays the characteristic features of block-based construction in its exterior walls.

The house was built in 1936 and pioneered the use of prefabricated blocks in Moscow. This construction method set new standards for urban development and influenced subsequent residential projects.
