Żabi Szczyt Niżni, Border summit in High Tatras, Slovakia and Poland.
Żabi Szczyt Niżni rises to 2,098 meters above sea level, featuring granite formations and steep rock walls reaching heights of 150 meters.
The first documented ascent of the peak occurred on July 30, 1903, when mountaineer Apolinary Garlicki reached the summit through the eastern route.
The name translates to Lower Frog Peak, reflecting the traditional naming patterns of the surrounding Frog Valley and its associated geographical features.
The summit remains inaccessible through marked tourist trails, and climbing activities are restricted on both Polish and Slovak sides of the mountain.
A concrete border post marks the peak's 100-meter-long horizontal ridge, which serves as the boundary between Poland and Slovakia.
