Bursa Botanic Park

The park extends across 400,000 square meters with 8,000 trees, 100,000 bushes, and 50,000 ground covers representing numerous plant species from different regions.

The botanical garden, inaugurated in 1998, emerged from an initiative to create green spaces and research facilities within the expanding urban landscape of Bursa.

The garden incorporates French, Japanese, and English styled sections, along with preserved traditional houses from the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries.

Visitors access 12,000 meters of walking paths, dedicated bicycle trails, and exercise areas while information panels explain plant characteristics throughout the garden.

The garden features specialized sections including a rock garden, scented plants collection, and a lake that supports local wildlife such as turtles and waterfowl.
