Savka House

The museum occupies a traditional farmhouse constructed with clay walls and covered with a thick layer of protective straw roofing material.

The establishment of Savka House as a protected cultural site in October 2004 marked a significant step in preserving Ukrainian rural heritage.

The museum collection includes ancient household items such as glass bottles, wooden-nailed shoes, pottery vessels, carriage wheels, and traditional bread-making equipment.

Visitors need to schedule appointments in advance as the museum operates exclusively during weekends with guided tours and traditional performances.

The grounds feature an operational blacksmith forge, shoe workshop, pottery studio, three historical beehives, vegetable garden, and traditional water well.
