Batman – The Dark Knight, Floorless steel roller coaster at Six Flags New England, Massachusetts, US

The Batman - Dark Knight reaches 117.8 feet in height and features five inversions across 2,600 feet of purple tracks with blue rails.

The roller coaster opened on April 20, 2002, following construction that started in September 2001, becoming a major addition to Six Flags New England.

The entrance plaza incorporates Batman symbols and Gotham City design elements, leading riders through a themed experience before boarding the trains.

The ride operates two trains with seven cars each, accommodating 28 riders per train, and includes black over-the-shoulder safety harnesses for passenger protection.

The roller coaster layout includes a 95-foot vertical loop, an 85-foot dive loop, a zero-g roll, and interlocking corkscrews at speeds reaching 55 mph.
