Lincliff, Historic residence in Glenview, United States.

The Colonial Revival residence features symmetrical facades, gabled roofs, and classical decorative elements that characterize early American residential architecture.

Built between 1911 and 1912 for William Richardson Belknap, president of the Belknap Hardware and Manufacturing Company, the property spans across 29.5 acres.

The McDonald Brothers architects incorporated traditional American design principles into the structure, marking a period when Colonial Revival homes represented social status.

Situated at coordinates 38.295833 and -85.6625, the residence received National Register of Historic Places designation in 1983 under reference number 83002694.

Author Sue Grafton and Steven Humphrey undertook extensive restoration of the property in 2000 after discovering its deteriorated condition.
