Dean College

Dean College is a private higher education institution in Franklin, Massachusetts, spread across a large site with several building clusters. Traditional-style brick structures alternate with more contemporary facilities, while sports fields and residential buildings complete the grounds.

Oliver Dean provided land and funds in 1865 to found the educational institution, which initially served as an academy. After a fire destroyed the first main building, a new structure rose two years later to continue teaching operations.
