Communication Centrum North

Communication Centrum North is a nine-story office building in Schaerbeek that connects directly to the Brussels North railway station complex. The structure integrates office spaces seamlessly with underground transportation infrastructure, creating continuous access to bus and metro stations.

The building was constructed between 1974 and 1982 as part of the Manhattan Quarter development near Brussels North Station. Four additional office floors were added during a 1992-1994 renovation that reshaped the structure.

The center represents modern architectural design principles through its functional spaces and integration with transportation infrastructure.

The building sits on Rue du Progrès and provides direct access to underground bus stations and the Brussels North metro system. Visitors can easily reach transportation hubs and navigate this well-connected complex.

Four additional office floors were added during the 1992-1994 renovation, designed by architects Von Vittorelli, Ferrière, and Van Campenhout.
