North Galaxy Towers, Office towers in Northern Quarter, Brussels, Belgium
North Galaxy Towers is an office complex in northern Brussels, Belgium, consisting of two main buildings that rise 107 meters with 28 floors each. A third connecting building of 6 floors bridges the two towers and completes the unified architectural composition.
Construction began in January 2002 and was completed in approximately 3 years. The official opening took place in March 2005, marking the conclusion of a major development project for Brussels' business district.
These towers define the character of Brussels' northern business district and reflect the modern architectural direction the city took in the early 2000s. The complex set a new standard for office design in the Belgian capital.
The complex features 35 elevators and includes both above-ground and underground space for offices and related functions. Keep in mind this is a working office building where access to certain areas may be restricted.
The complex houses Belgium's federal finance authority, making it a location of considerable administrative importance for the country. This role gives the towers a particular significance in government operations.
