Phoenix Building, Office building in Northern Quarter, Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, Belgium.

Phoenix Building is an office structure on Boulevard du Roi Albert II featuring 12 floors and approximately 25,000 square meters of workspace. The building has a modern design with facades that allow natural light to reach deep into the interior spaces.

The structure was completed in 1998 as part of a larger transformation that turned old industrial areas into mixed-use zones. This project helped bring new economic activity to the northern part of the city.

The building stands in a neighborhood where many different communities live and work side by side, creating a diverse mix of residential and commercial life. Walking around, you notice people from different backgrounds using the spaces throughout the day.

The building sits in an area with good public transportation access and numerous restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The neighborhood is easy to navigate on foot and offers convenient amenities nearby.

The building was designed by architects M & J.M. Jaspers and J. Eyers & Partners, who placed special attention on maximizing natural light throughout the structure. This careful approach to design makes the work spaces notably brighter and more pleasant for daily use.
