North Light

North Light is a modern office building with 15 floors and glass facade located beside Brussels North Station on Boulevard Simon Bolivar. The structure contains 30,000 square meters of office space with entrances accessible from both Chaussée d'Anvers and Boulevard Simon Bolivar.

The building was completed in February 2011, marking a turning point in the development of Brussels' Northern Quarter. This shift from a former industrial area to a modern business district reflects the economic changes of the region.

The building serves as workplace for people from across Europe, strengthening the area's role as an international business hub. This presence of workers from many nations shapes the character of the Northern Quarter today.

The building has two separate entrances making it easy to find the right access point depending on your arrival location. Visitors can arrive on foot from the nearby train station or from the surrounding streets.

The building was designed with sustainable working practices in mind, using advanced technology for energy efficiency throughout its spaces. These design principles are not always obvious from the outside but shape how the interior functions.
