La Concha Beach is an urban beach along the bay of San Sebastián in northern Spain, stretching between two forested hills. The wide expanse of sand forms a smooth arc along the waterfront promenade facing the Cantabrian Sea.
Queen Isabel II visited the beach in the 19th century on medical advice, turning San Sebastián into a favored bathing resort for the Spanish court. Since then, the city grew into one of the main destinations along the Basque coast.

The beach offers public showers, changing rooms and lockers for swimmers, which are especially busy during summer. Lifeguards monitor the water throughout the main season, and sunshades with deck chairs are available for rent when weather permits.
At low tide, a narrow rocky path called Pico del Loro appears, connecting to the neighboring Ondarreta beach. Local residents often use this natural link for short walks between the two beaches.
