Dolmen de La Cabaña, Megalithic burial site in Sargentes de la Lora, Spain
The dolmen features a paracircular chamber measuring over 3 meters in diameter with seven limestone slabs exceeding 2 meters in height.
Dating back to the second half of the 4th millennium BCE, this Neolithic structure contained human remains of 13 individuals along with various burial artifacts.
The archaeological site includes flint arrowheads, scrapers, green beads, and slate rings discovered within the burial chamber and corridor.
Visitors can reach the dolmen by following marked paths from Sargentes de la Lora, taking an unpaved road that runs parallel to the river northwest.
The dolmen maintains two original roof slabs near the chamber and features a 5-meter-long corridor oriented toward the southeast.
