The Cathedral of the Magdalena is a church in Getafe with three naves divided by large columns supporting round arches, and features a square brick tower. The structure developed through alterations over several centuries and combines different architectural elements into one building.
Construction began in 1549 on the site of an older place of worship and took more than 200 years to complete. During the building process, older and newer styles merged into one structure.
