Iglesia de San Hipólito, Gothic religious monument in central Córdoba, Spain

The church features a single nave with lateral chapels, a transept covered by ribbed vaults, and a tower with two sections constructed in brick.

King Alfonso XI established the church in 1343 to commemorate his victory at the Battle of Salado and create a royal pantheon for his father.

The interior holds marble tombs of kings Fernando IV and Alfonso XI, along with numerous altarpieces and sculptures that demonstrate Spanish religious artistry.

Located between Gran Capitán Avenue and Menéndez Pelayo Street, the church maintains regular visiting hours and continues under Jesuit administration.

The church organ, built in 1735 by Joseph Corbacho, ranks among the most significant historical instruments in Andalusia.
