Gallegos Gate

Gallegos Gate is a monument featuring stone archways and carved details marking an entrance through the ancient walls of central Córdoba. The structure displays various architectural styles and remains a key reference point within the historic city center.

The gate was built during the Middle Ages as one of the main access points to the walled city of Córdoba under Islamic rule. It survived later Christian modifications and retained its original function as a city entrance.
