Iglesia del Carmen, Catholic parish church in Burgos, Spain.
The church features a stepped pyramidal silhouette and stands at the intersection of Paseo del Empecinado and Calle del Carmen near the Arlanzón River.
The current structure, completed in 1968, replaced a Baroque building from the 17th century that was established with support from Catalina de Tolosa.
The Silveriano Archive within the church maintains important documents while a monumental crucifix by sculptor Jaume Perelló i Miró adorns the main altar.
The church holds regular masses at 20:00 and 21:00 on weekdays, with additional services at 12:00, 13:00, 20:00, and 21:00 on Sundays and holidays.
A relief sculpture of La Piedad, created between 1610 and 1612, remains the only piece of ancient furniture preserved from the original church.
