Lugar del Fusilamiento de Blas Infante, Memorial site at kilometer 4 of Carmona Road, Seville, Spain
The memorial consists of a rectangular plaza with landscaped gardens and a sculptural ensemble featuring two ionic marble columns and bronze elements.
On August 10, 1936, Andalusian nationalist leader Blas Infante was executed at this location during the Spanish Civil War without prior trial.
The monument includes bronze doves taking flight and inscriptions promoting Andalusian identity, created by sculptor Sebastian Santos Calero in 1983.
The Blas Infante Foundation organizes annual commemorative ceremonies at this historical site every August 10th.
The original Gota de Leche farmhouse, designed by Vicente Traver around 1930, remains standing at the execution site.
