Os Tilos, Teo

Os Tilos is situated in the northwestern part of Teo municipality, featuring residential areas and multiple public facilities spread across its territory.

The parish was officially established through an archbishop decree in August 1990, following the construction of the residential development near Santiago de Compostela.

The community center Casa Común dos Tilos serves as a central gathering point for residents to participate in various social and educational activities.

The area includes essential facilities such as the CEIP dos Tilos school, a health center, sports pavilion, and a municipal swimming pool.

This parish houses 13 percent of Teo's total population within a single population center, making it one of the most densely populated areas in the municipality.
