Legorburo building, Rationalist building in central Albacete, Spain
The Legorburo Building features three horizontal sections with a semi-elliptical central tower and curved balconies on its upper floors.
Built between 1932 and 1935, architects Baldomero Pérez Villena and José Luis García Pellicer designed this structure during Albacete's urban renewal period.
The building represents a fusion of rationalist architecture with art deco elements, marking the transition to modern architectural styles in Castilla-La Mancha.
Located at Calle Mayor 33, the structure currently houses residential apartments and offices, with protected status for its facade and ornaments.
The central semi-elliptical tower section rises above adjacent square bodies, featuring vertical and horizontal striations along with cushioned square decorations.
