Playa de Viodo

Playa de Viodo is a small wild stretch of coast with sand and large boulders scattered along the water's edge. The landscape feels completely natural, shaped only by wind and waves, with no signs of human development.

The beach can be reached via a walking path from Viodo village, with parking available near the start of the trail. Wear sturdy footwear with good grip since the path is rocky and the water here has strong, unpredictable waves.

Many people overlook this beach even though it sits next to a protected coastal area, which sets it apart from crowded tourist spots. Its remoteness means visitor numbers stay low, so you can experience the coastline with few others around.
