Caleido

Caleido is an educational building in the Cuatro Torres Business District that stretches up 36 floors and reaches 181 meters high. It contains classrooms, a swimming pool, library, cafeterias, and parking, all designed to serve daily operations and activities.

The building was completed in 2020 and arose from the site of an unfinished international convention center. The transformation into a modern educational facility marked a new purpose for the financial district.

The building functions as a meeting place where students and visitors experience learning, sports, and dining all in one location. The arrangement of spaces encourages daily interactions and makes it easy for people to move between different activities.

Visitors can access the building during daytime hours when classes and activities are in session, with good lighting in most areas. The parking and public spaces are easy to find since the vertical layout simplifies navigation throughout.

The building uses natural light in roughly three quarters of its spaces, giving interiors a bright and open feel. This design means most windows face outward, offering visitors views throughout their time inside.
