Los Fariones

Los Fariones combines volcanic rocks and golden sand stretches across 60 meters of coastline, forming a natural cove alongside the Mediterranean waters.

The beach emerged as a prominent location during the 1970s development of Puerto del Carmen, transforming from a fishing village into a tourist destination.

Local fishermen continue their traditional practices near the beach, maintaining connections to the maritime heritage of Lanzarote island.

Visitors can access the beach through the coastal promenade, with restaurants and shops located within 100 meters of the shoreline.

The volcanic formation creates natural pools between the rocks during high tide, providing protected areas for swimming and marine observation.
