Casino Arias Montano

Casino Arias Montano is a social club building in Aracena with two stories and tall windows that face the main square of the town. Modernist architectural elements appear throughout the structure and its facade.

Architect Anibal Gonzalez designed the building in 1909 under commission from Francisco Javier Sanchez-Dalp, and it opened in 1910. This completion added a new gathering space to the local community.

The interior spaces reflect design choices inspired by 19th-century English clubs, visible in the details of the main hall and gaming rooms. This approach brought international influences into a local Spanish setting during that period.
