The three-story palace features a symmetrical entrance staircase, Tuscan columns, and classical decorative elements across its brick and stone facade.
Architect Cristóbal Lecumberri designed this residence between 1865 and 1870 as part of Marqués de Salamanca's urban development project in Madrid's expansion.
The building served as a gathering place for musicians in the 19th century, where composer Isaac Albéniz premiered several of his works.
The palace spans 1,105 square meters across three floors plus a semi-basement, with recent renovations completed on its facade and roof in 2016.
This palace remains the sole survivor among ten similar properties constructed by Marqués de Salamanca during Madrid's 19th-century expansion period.
