The office complex consists of three octagonal towers with vertical gardens covering the entire exterior through an irrigation system.
Architects Josep Maria Fargas and Enric Tous designed this structure between 1965 and 1968 as the headquarters for Banca Catalana financial institution.
The building incorporates elements from Japanese and North American architecture, marking a departure from traditional Spanish architectural styles of the 1960s.
Located at 662-664 Avinguda Diagonal, the structure features adaptable office spaces with modular facades that adjust for opacity and transparency.
The facade combines reflective glass with paraboloid-shaped plastic components, creating a distinctive two-dimensional visual effect similar to automotive fairings.
