Edificis Trade

Edificis Trade comprises four office towers with curved glass facades located in Barcelona's Les Corts neighborhood. The buildings span multiple floors with workspaces designed to maximize natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows and central cores containing circulation elements.

The complex was built between 1965 and 1969 by architects Coderch and Valls, marking a turning point in Barcelona's commercial architecture. The project demonstrated new possibilities for modern office design and established standards for commercial buildings in Catalonia.

These buildings represent Barcelona's transformation into a major business center during the 1960s, reflecting the city's shift toward modern commerce and urban development.

The towers are easily visible from street level and can be observed from the surrounding area without difficulty. Best viewing times are during daylight hours when the light reveals the curves and details of the glass facades.

Each tower features a distinctive sawtooth pattern created by tempered glass panels that follow the curved structure of the building. This geometric detail reveals the technical sophistication of the original design when viewed closely.
