Playa Canina Ventura del Mar

Playa Canina Ventura del Mar is a dog beach in Nueva Andalucía with dark sand along the Mediterranean coast. The stretch spans roughly 250 meters with shallow waters for swimming and open areas designed for play and running.

The beach opened in June 2017 as Marbella's second official dog-friendly coastal area following Playa del Pinillo. The opening marked the city's commitment to creating proper infrastructure for pet owners seeking seaside access.

The beach reflects how Spain has embraced dogs as part of everyday coastal life, giving them dedicated space alongside human recreation. Visitors witness a community where pets enjoy the same seaside experience as their owners do.
