Innova

Innova is an office tower with a triangular shape and glass facades accented by white ceramic tiles, rising 15 stories to 59 meters. The structure houses specialized office spaces for technology companies, including telecommunications firms Elisa and Digia.

The building was designed by architect Arto Sipinen, who previously worked in Alvar Aalto's office, and opened in 2002. This structure emerged as part of modernizing the industrial Lutakko district into a technology and business hub.

The building marks the transformation of the Lutakko district from an industrial area into a modern business hub for technology companies. Today, visitors notice how tech firms cluster around this structure, shaping the character of the neighborhood.
