Gustaf, Art and industry museum in Mänttä-Vilppula, Finland
The Gustaf Museum occupies a 1934 functionalist office building with modern technical installations and works from Finnish artists throughout its interior spaces.
The building served as the headquarters of G. A. Serlachius Ltd forestry company before its transformation into a museum by the Gösta Serlachius Fine Arts Foundation in 2003.
The museum presents exhibitions about paper industry heritage and local community through interactive experiences, drama performances, and educational programs.
Visitors can participate in guided tours, lectures, seminars, concerts, theater performances, and sporting events within the museum complex.
The museum tells the story of Gustaf Adolf Serlachius, known as the Paper Devil, who established the first mill in Mänttä and shaped Finland's forest industry.
