The Tour Carpe Diem is a 38-story office tower in La Défense with extensive glass facades. The building spans roughly 47,000 square meters of office space across all its floors.
The building was developed from 2010 to 2013 under architect Robert A. M. Stern's leadership. Its completion filled the growing demand for contemporary office space in the district.
The winter garden in the lobby brings natural greenery into an otherwise commercial office environment. This planted space serves as a quiet retreat for workers passing through during their day.
Twelve elevators connect all levels from the esplanade to the office floors throughout the building. This system allows efficient movement between different parts of the tower.
The rooftop contains a conference space with dining facilities and a garden overlooking Paris. From this height, the city reveals itself in an unexpected perspective.
