Château de Bourron

Château de Bourron is a former fortress set within a 40-hectare private park surrounded by stone walls and white water moats. The property features two pavilion structures from the 17th century at its corners and now operates as a small hotel.

The fortress evolved from a medieval stronghold into an aristocratic residence over centuries of transformation. It suffered damage during the French Revolution from groups in Nemours and once housed Polish King Stanisław Leszczyński.
