The stone facade of Hotel Philandrier features ground floor arcades and two upper levels accessed by an exterior staircase.
Built in 1537, this residence was saved from deterioration in 1928 when the Foundation for French Art Preservation purchased and restored it.
The first floor contains 17th-century allegorical paintings depicting the four parts of the world on its interior walls.
Located at 1 Rue du Bourg, the building now serves as the headquarters for the local tourist information office.
During World War II, this classified historical monument functioned as a medical dispensary after surviving the June 1940 bombardment.
