Louis Bisson Bridge

The Louis Bisson Bridge crosses the Rivière des Prairies for roughly half a kilometer, linking Pierrefonds-Roxboro to Chomedey. It carries seven traffic lanes, including a center reversible lane that adjusts direction based on traffic needs.

The structure was named after Canadian aviation pioneer Louis Bisson and became a major link along Quebec Highway 13 between Montreal and Laval. Its construction addressed growing transportation demands in the region and shaped how traffic flows across the river.
